	The International Day of the Disappeared: A local and international movement to release the kidnapped and to prevent kidnappings. The families of the kidnapped held a sit-in at Dar al-Fatwa, made speeches to keep their issue alive, and demonstrated and blocked roads. The families of the kidnapped appealed to put an end to their tragedy and warned against taking unexpected steps.
